Switchweb Launches Switchweb Free - June 06

Switchweb Free - The successful hosting provider behind ImAFish is launching for the first time free PHP/MySQL web hosting in order to try out the great features Switchweb has to offer.

The account comes with a yourname.switchweb.co.uk domain as well as 5mb of disk space and 50mb bandwidth/month. These accounts can be upgraded to include a .co.uk domain name, 25mb disk space and 500mb bandwidth/month for only £13/year!

Switchweb Helps Charity - March 06

Switchweb is offering one of its packages up for auction in a bid to raise money Tabeisa. Organised by Coventry University’s Enterprise Society the event has a number of auctions available to help raise money.

Tabeisa aims to promote and assist members of disadvantaged communities in Africa to develop their entrepreneurial skills and set up small businesses.

On offer from Switchweb is a starter package with a free .co.uk domain name worth £26.

Switchweb's New Look - June 2004

Its been a great few months for Switchweb so we thought we would add a new look and some new features!

So whats new:

• Now supports Natwest's Fastpay, Paypal and Nochex as well as Switch, Solo, Delta, Mastercard and Visa.
• You can now get hosting for .me.uk, .biz, .info, .tv, .plc.uk, .name and .org.uk domain names.
• Its now even easier to sign up to Switchweb with our improved shopping cart.
• Transfering to Switchweb is now easier with a few simple pages.
• The members area has been updated.
• Members can now add their site to the Switchweb directory which includes sites hosted by Switchweb.
